We loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, within short walking distance to Gloucester Road tube station, museums, shopping, and delicious restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the doormen. The rooms were amazing, with comfortable beds, soundproofed walls, and all the necessary amenities like an iron, hair dryer. The hotel also had great facilities, including a sun terrace, garden area, and a leisure/TV room. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service, housekeeping, and a welcome drink upon arrival. We highly recommend this place to family and friends for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I knew it was special. Every interaction with the staff was a delight - friendly, sincere, and cute. The room was well fitted-out, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was modern and had L'Occitane amenities and a fantastic rainfall shower. The little details like complimentary water, turn-down treats, and fresh apples were appreciated. The on-site restaurant was excellent, with helpful staff and superb menu recommendations. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants and pubs.
