The staff, with limited exceptions, was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel’s location near key attractions like Hyde Park and Kensington Palace was a major plus, making it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant, which provided a quiet and enjoyable dining experience.

The size of the room was a bit on the small side, which could be a drawback for those looking for more spacious accommodations. However, for a short stay, this wasn't a major issue.

The hotel also had great facilities, including a sun terrace, garden area, and a leisure/TV room. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service, housekeeping, and a welcome drink upon arrival.
